Sparta to snatch a point from Vitesse

Sparta Rotterdam have won their last three home games and Henk Fraser’s side look capable of holding Vitesse to a draw at Het Kasteel this Friday evening.

Sparta’s recent successes here have been against bottom half opposition in the shape of RKC Waalwijk (2-0), PEC Zwolle (3-2) and VVV (2-0), though their form was boosted further last time out with a 1-2 victory at seventh placed Groningen.

Those results have put Sparta in the Play-Off mix and after also losing just one of their last eight, they can take a point from this clash against a Vitesse outfit who have drawn three of their last five starts.
